• What does a Graphic Designer mean to us?
  As a  Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with the design and marketing team, aiding with the creation of assets, then bringing them to life and delivering high quality and innovative designs that seamlessly integrate with the brand communication.
  This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process. Work with the creative
  team to brainstorm ad concepts, design style frames, build storyboards, composite & edit designs and launch successful campaigns.
  You should be highly collaborative & be comfortable working with other teams (design, content, acquisition, product, marketing, PR) to implement various plans.
  We want you to be an idea machine with quick execution and a knack for experimentation.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills (Creative portfolio is mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Understand design requirements and concept ideas
- Designing creatives across Performance ads, Social media posts, Marketing Collaterals etc.
- Brainstorm creative concepts with the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (leadership, digital marketing, brand communications, design, operations, customer support and product) to translate the requirements to growth strategy and own up the output & associated performance indicators Knowledge of the fintech and startup sector, the experience of working in a product company is a
plus, but not mandatory. Experience with Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
